Tools to be used to achieve NEPC’s goal include good governance, action research, social mobiolization and extracting opportunities created by infrastructural previlance around. It works for access to services; make people able to use those services and delivery of quality services. NEPC follow strategies to utilize these tools through social preparation, mobilization, and training, quick impact development intervention, long and short term project management stream lining demonstration, tours, and personal contacts and getting behevior change for positive development. The tools and materials vary depending on situation and program. The main focus of using these tools lies at protection, conservation, management and effective use of local resources and participation of local bodies and communities.
